When viewing other PDC videos in the future and you have a need to open a new tab, please do the following when returning back to the PDC video tab: Make a note of the time where you stopped/paused the video, i.e., 15:25 Hard Refresh the page to start the video from the beginning Move the bar to the stopped/paused time noted above(1), i.e., 15:25 and begin watching the rest of the video. Hard Refresh Steps: Google Chrome: Use the following shortcut keys Windows/Linux: Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5. just open the Chrome Dev Tools by pressing F12. Once the chrome dev tools are open, just right click on the refresh button and a menu will drop down.
